Det finns inte många nackdelar med att recensera spel, men om man ska välja en som ibland stör så är det att man inte har tid att gå tillbaka till avklarade lir. Det ligger ju alltid ett par, tre spel till som väntar på att spelas, och då blir det svårt att göra ett återbesök. Jag har t.ex. i princip bara fjädrarna att inhämta i Assassin’s Creed II (9/10) som jag sträckspelade under helgen innan releasedatumet, men om jag får några timmar över för att samla ihop dem – ja, det vet jag ju inte. Förmodligen inte på ett tag i alla fall.

Därför tycker jag att det känns högintressant att Ubisoft precis har utannonserat att de tänker släppa två expansioner  till spelet på PlayStation Store i början av nästa år, kallade Battle of Forli och Bonfire of the Vanities. Den första släpps redan i januari, medan den andra kommer en månad senare. Det ska släppas officiell information om dessa paket under december, men på Kotaku har de dock spunnit loss och spekulerat vilt i vad expansionerna ska innehålla.

ASSASSIN’S CREED™  II DOWNLOADABLE CONTENT ANNOUNCEMENT FOR XBOX 360^TM AND PLAYSTATION 3^TM SYSTEM

Copenhagen, DENMARK – December 2nd – Today, Ubisoft announces Assassin’s Creed™ II Downloadable Content (DLC) for the Xbox 360^TM video game and entertainment system from Microsoft and the Playstation 3^TM computer entertainment system.

The First DLC, entitled “Battle of Forli” launches in January and the second DLC, entitled “Bonfire of the Vanities” in February.

Players must own a disc copy of Assassin’s Creed^TM II on Playstation 3^TM or Xbox 360^TM, have an Internet connection to download the additional content and a minimum of 1.0 GB of memory available for each DLC.
