Oj. En google-sökning på det här problemet gav MÅÅÅÅÅÅNGA forum-trådar (som i: du är inte ensam om detta problem!). Tydligen har SONY uppdaterat systemet som hanterar ens konto, vilket i sin tur har resulterat i extra mellanrum i både namn och adress (tydligen så använder sig systemet av namnet och adressen från ens konto, så även om man skriver rätt på “billing info” så blir det fel). En lösning som tydligen har hjälpt några är följande:

I understand your pain and I have the same problem. Do the following and it will work.Go to Account Management

• Edit Account information
• Under Edit the name on record for the accountt. (delete what you have there and reenter and make sure no space is there).
• Under Edit the residential address for the Account. (delete what you have there and reenter and make sure no space is there). Also make sure you spell out Ln=Lane or St=Street or Blvd for some reasons Sony online don't like those in the address.

Once you do all this; go and enter you credit card information and resumbit and everything should work.
